My first time using ache was a lifesaver! I had been having bad migraines on and off for about 4 days. Nothing was touching them. My mom suggested trying ache. She applied it on the back of my neck and shoulders. Almost instantly I felt a warm sensation which turned into an intense cooling relief. Within minutes my migraine had let up and I was able to enjoy my time with my family. 
I have also used it on my back for bulging disk pain. I have used many creams in order to feel relief, but the one that is most effective has been ache. I can not say enough about ache except for I will always have it on hand!
